In Ayurveda, it is said that the most important part of all practice and study is that everything is done with an open heart and comes from a place of love. We want every person who comes in to feel better when they leave, not just physically or emotionally, but in a way they may not even be able to describe. She has worked extensively with those with chronic pain and injuries utilizing techniques she has developed and refined throughout her years of practice.

Laura K Burkett
Laura is a Holistic Health Counselor in Grand Rapids, MI and owner of
Real Food Wellness LLC. She received her education from the Institute
for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and is certified through the American
Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Laura works with clients
individually and offers groups, workshops, and corporate programs. She
